"The mission of Temple Ahavat Shalom Membership Committee is to increase the membership of the Temple through the actions and activities of a friendly and proactive congregation that responds in a timely and responsible way to all members' needs and wants, with a focus on both gaining new members and retaining existing members. This will be accomplished through the combined and coordinated efforts of a nurturing and professional paid staff, committee member volunteers and all members of the congregation.
